Great customer service, excellent vehicle quality, and well priced. Darrel and Paul and the team really do go the extra mile to make their customers happy and leave you with a car thats been prepped and feeling/looking as new! Gave great advice on my particular car and super happy with the Audi A7 I purchased from them. They even accomodated delivery a day early and still had everything ready (paperwork, warranty etc) when I turned up 2 hours early on that day Thanks guys, you rock! See you again for the next car (wifey's runaround).

Just after christmas decided we needed to replace our car and looked for a high quality low mileage pre facelift mercedes clk that we did not have to either drive 100 miles to view or buy blind online. These guys came up with a stunning 2000 plate 320 model and after arranging an appointment my wife fell in love with it. Considering that we were all working in a difficult period with restrictions and then the snow came it did prolong the wait before we could collect however Joe kept us informed and the end result was worth it.

AVOID! This company used to be called ‘RG Car Sales’ I’m assuming they’ve changed their name to address their bad reputation? Anyway, I had the car delivered as I live very far from the dealership; the actual delivery process was fairly straightforward - they delivered the car to me and reduced the price a little as I noticed some damage to the alloys and some scuffs on the rear bumper that weren’t pictured online - I was a little disheartened as the car had only covered 6K miles but the gesture to reduce the price of the car was nice. When I went to transfer the funds the delivery drivers told me they hadn’t been given a log book, so I was told over the phone that I’d get a new one sent in the post. WRONG! 2 MONTHS LATER and after many ignored messages and rude phone calls I still haven’t received it - I ended up paying for a new one myself because they’re just so useless. I called the DVLA and they hadn’t received anything from them - when I confronted the dealership with this information they couldn’t get their stories straight. At the end of the day they just couldn’t be bothered to send it. My last phone call with them I was asked why I needed the log book as it’s actually ‘not that important’ - who says that? That’s like giving someone a car without the keys - don’t worry, the keys aren’t that important. I can understand that them not bringing the log book when the car was delivered may just be a simple mistake, but they should’ve sent off for the new log book ASAP? I shouldn’t need to chase it all the time, to find that it still hasn’t been sent 2 months after purchasing the car. Seriously everyone buy elsewhere or go to a main dealer - the car might be more money but the service is worlds above what you’ll get from this gaff.

These boys were top draw, Reese especially went out of his way to help me, left me alone with the car for as long as I wanted, gave me a great deal on my part x too. Even though I didnt buy a car due to my own personal circumstances, Reese still checked in on me and offered some mechanical advice on my own situation with purchasing a car else where.
