Everyone I came into contact with at Serra VW was welcoming and professional. However, Eric in particular was exceptional to work with. He is friendly and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He was completely transparent about the entire car buying process, easy to communicate with, and quick to reply to any and all questions. As a woman, it can be intimidating to purchase a car, but I never felt rushed or pressured. Eric went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly the car I was looking for. If you’re thinking of buying a VW I cannot recommend him highly enough. I promise you will not be disappointed!
