Secured us the Toyota and loan we needed when nobody else would. Excellent customer service, will go back to them for any and all of our Toyota needs in the future. Herb was the car salesman who assisted us in our used car purchasing journey, and was incredibly knowledgeable of the inventory and process. For anyone looking to purchase a used Toyota, consider this dealership. As a note, this is a used car dealership and the individuals here are very eager to sell you a vehicle, so be confident and trust your gut, but don't go home with anything more than you can afford.

We really enjoyed our experience working with Serra Toyota of Saginaw. We had some issues with another local dealership, but Serra and Chase, our sales rep, did a great job of making the process much easier. They gave a great price right off the bat, and everything was very straightforward. They didn’t have the vehicle we wanted in stock, but they got on the phone and within a couple hours had one secured, and was delivered the next business day. We took delivery and couldn’t have been happier with the process.When most dealerships are hard sales and high pressure, it’s nice when the dealership can be straightforward and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new Toyota. This is our first Toyota, but if we need to purchase another one, we will definitely be back! Thanks Chase!!!

Had a wonderful experience after having issues with another dealership a few miles away. We appreciated the honesty and work ethic put forward in getting us a new vehicle by everyone at Serra in Saginaw. Our salesman, Charlie, went above and beyond in finding us the right vehicle for us. We never felt pressured, or rushed, or even looked at like I didn't belong. That kind of stuff is important to us. They actually didn't have the year and color we wanted, but in a manner of minutes, inventory was checked everywhere, and Charlie found us the one we wanted. It was delivered 1 day later and we we we driving in style. So happy with our experience and we (hubby and I), recommend this dealership to anyone looking, or thinking about a car. One more thing. We only had the truck for less than a week and ended up with a flat tire that had to be replaced because of the location of the screw, and they replaced it quickly. Luckily, we had the tire package. I recommend that package when getting a vehicle. Thank you Serra!
