I was going here in the lead up to my wedding. The last hair colour before the big day and my stylist put the wrong colour on my head. They failed to do anything about this and actually hid. I ended up panicking and asking other stylists what was going on as I had been left for so long and my hair was so dark. I was the last person in the shop and my hair was ruined. They locked the door and asked me to pay despite me saying that my hair was awful and mutiple shades of purple (it was meant to be rose gold). I was so upset and felt pressured into paying. I ended up having to spend hundreds and travelling to Brighton to have it reduced by another salon. I won’t not recommend this salon at all - i was treated appallingly. There is one thing to make a mistake but how they handled it was shocking. UPDATE: A reply to to your response - it was definitely your salon and though it was a little while ago now but it has taken me this long to feel able to give feedback. I know the stylist that worked on my hair still works there as I have seen her in there when I pass by - I shall not name her. I would hope that when you speak to your staff they would remember that it was them because it was a serious error. I was in tears - I still have photos and correspondence between myself and the salon via email. I was offered a refund - after I was forced to pay on that day and complained the next day. The refund did not help with the hundreds I had to pay for someone else to rectify the mistake and the ruined condition of my hair. I leave this feed back now not to be malicious but because it really was an extremely traumatic and expensive experience for me.

Amazing service from the second you walk in to the second you leave. Coffee was lovely, the hair wash and head massage was divine and the staff are super friendly. My hairdresser was Mark and he did an amazing style for me - feeling fabulous! I'll definitely be back to see him again as the vibe here is really relaxed. Very happy customer! :)

Just went for a cut and highlights with the new colour expert Mark. What fabulous results! He was so gentle and made the whole experience a dream - very attentive bringing water and tea to keep my comfortable. I was really happy with my hairdresser in London but now Mark has won me over and I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend! 11/10 ️
