Took my truck to service dep to be worked on. I explained problem and told them what I thought it might be after talking with several mechanics. Paid them 1200 dollars and had to have a tow truck pick it up from their shop with no results. They misdiagnosed and wanted over 6,000 to change a part that wasnt broken. Took down the road and had it fixed for 700 and it was the same part I recommended them start with.

Will NEVER do business with this place again. The van they sold us has had transmission issues from right after we purchased it. My husband took it back and they temporarily \fixed\ it, until the following week when it messed up again. They recommended we take it to David Stanley, which we did, to the tune of 1600 and they refused to pay for any of the fix. They HAD to have known there was a problem before we bought it. The only thing they did was replace the windshield and even that guy broke a windshield wiper doing so! They had to have just cleared the error codes to reset the light then sell it. Never. Again.
