Such an awesome bike rental store! They had our bikes ready, helped get the bike rack on our car and made sure we had everything we needed! They even told us about some awesome trails to try! Such wonderful customer service and great prices for the bikes we used! I wish I could give them 10 stars! Love them!! Thank you Thunder Mountain Team for making our experience so amazing!

I rented 2 mountain bikes throughout the week in Sedona. Thunder Mtn is well stocked with everything a rider could possibly need. They have a tremendous selection of high level bikes available in their fleet. If you book your rental ahead of time the bike will be set up for your weight (shock air pressure) and pedal preference ahead of your arrival. Great service!
Awesome staff! They are all very helpful and super knowledgeable. I’m local and I have my own bike. I do come quite often for small repairs. They are always eager to help. If you are a tourist and don’t want the hassle of bringing your own bike, definitely rent from this place! Five stars service!
Outstanding bike shop, and the go to place in Sedona. Energetic, friendly, and helpful staff, who are pros. Prompt service by mechanics who know what they are doing. Great place to go if you are an advanced rider, or never have been on a mountain bike. They promote the sport of mountain biking and having fun. Excellent choice of demos in the shop, and my wife and have have bought several outstanding mountain bikes from them
I haven't stepped foot in the doors yet, but after the customer service I got from them for a bike part I needed, I will be making a trip there and in the mean time I will be buying some of their cool swag. I ordered a part from them on a Sunday afternoon. By SUNDAY NIGHT, I had notification that it was shipped and had a delivery date for mid-week. That is more than I could have asked for and I am so appreciative of their speedy shipping. I can't ride without the brake adapter, so my bike was out of commission until I received it and they saved the day. Thank you so much and I look forward to wearing your swag and singing your praises!! You guys rock!!
