The crew was great in installing...worked quickly and left everything cleaned. Even though we were working from home and my husband's office is in the basement, they were not disruptive at all during install process. I love the windows, and they came recommended to me by my neighbor. We used to have water come through the old window panes, and this past summer, no water in the basement! I wish I had done this years ago.
