First and foremost Walton Lofts is a beautiful building and offers stunning views of the bay/downtown. The apartments are tastefully designed and well kept. The staff at Walton Lofts has been nothing short of exceptional in their service to the community and simply being good people. I have had the good fortune of developing nice relationships with Ally, Susan and Paul on both a professional and personal level. They have always been quick to attend to any apartment/community issues (not that there have been many) and and being able to walk into my building knowing there is someone there I am happy to see/chat with goes such a long way in terms of creating a true home environment. If you are considering a move to the Belltown area, Walton Lofts should absolutely be on your list of places to tour.
Walton Lofts is a stunning building built in the optimal location for sound views, downtown walks, access to Pike Place Market, and runs along the Elliot Bay Trail. The staff in this building truly made us feel more at home even after a cross country move. We enjoyed both their professionalism and warmth in each interaction. We are beyond sad to be moving on from this building and will miss them all deeply.

This is a nice building but 1- appliances quality is low and maintenance is non-existent. So you should deal with something not working all the time. I moved here 3 months ago., my fridge, AC and blinds were broken and after 3 months I'm still waiting for maintenance. 2- Dogs barking at each-other at any time of the day. 3- lost packages
