The technician just left our house, and we are very satisfied. He was very organized, told us exactly when our window screens would be ready and arrived precisely when he said he would. He was very polite and thorough.

He showed on time , wearing mask ok, we ( my husband ) showed him the areas to be done : 4 window screens 1 screen door . He gave us 10% discount everything great ! When husband came home He realized Bob forgot to do 1 window screen that he told him to do . He call Bob , he said he did the job , he come back , and yes he did 4 screens but ONE that we never told him to do , ( I guess he got confused with wich one ) he started with rude attitude , raise his voice at us very scary , never admitting that it was his mistake saying we told him that window ( we never) so good job on the screens but poor self control and customer service , if you hire him make sure he understands wich windows to do .

I had explained to him that we need new frames as the ones we have are small and seem to fall off occasionally. I provided estimated measurements of window openings and he gave me a quote. A few days later, he said that quote was only for rescreening and if we needed everything new it was much higher. We made an appointment for him to come out and take measurements of the window openings. He called 5 minutes before the appointment and said he was going to be late. He then asked me to remove all of the screens from my home that needed to be replaced, I asked why because I assumed he needed to see how small the screens were. He said he'd have to charge me extra if he looked at them. So I removed them and upon his arrival, stated I needed new frames and screens. He then said he'll pass and just walked away without saying anything. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, but he ended up wasting my time when I could have had someone else come out. Very unprofessional.
