Thankfully I caught Bruce coming off of his vacation in August. He was able to fit me in on a very last minute request and I am very pleased with how it all worked out. Thankfully I didn’t have too many issues to address but he was very thorough and willing to explain any pertinent information. Highly recommend!
Very professional and helped me with the purchase of my first home. I love that I can look up the report online and can create lists. He took lots of pictures to add to the report.
