Had a scheduled appointment with another inspector for same price but a friend recommended these guys so I called to see if it was cheaper but just the guy that answered was very enthusiastic and explained in detail everything. And offer warranty. Just the customer service was great. Inspector ( John) very helpful and friendly.
I was referred by a friend that just had a home inspection on her property and couldn’t be happier with their service. Larry who answers phones took the time to explain everything, never felt rushed during our conversation. Philip was the inspector, he did a thorough and efficient inspection. Once I received my report I was impressed with the layout and how detailed it was. Then of course I called Philip because you forget a lot during the inspection and again he was extremely helpful with my questions and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend this company.
My inspector Mike was wonderful. I came to know of this company through a referral from my sister who use them before. Mike was also her inspector and she could not brag enough about him. He went through the house very thoroughly pointed out things that I needed to know explained things that I should be aware of as a new homeowner. He was very detailed in the information that he gave me. I enjoyed this inspection and the report that was provided to me from it. I will be further doing business with this company for the home warranty. Give them a try!
