I wanted to write specifically because I had read all reviews beforehand and was concerned. They saw me relatively quickly without an appointment, and she was very professional and found my vein immediately on the first shot even though most technicians usually have trouble several times with me. The kiosks scan your license and insurance info so it saved so much time even as a new patient that neither I nor the secretary had to spend time doing. While I was waiting, a complaining patient was walking out muttering how they never want to come back and that are rude but I literally was there the whole time and they were possibly busy which possibly made them more short and to the point if they see that as rude but they were polite and I had the exact same technician she had. I think if you’re nice to others people treat you the same and well, possibly the opposite as well if people want to be rude and cantankerous. I personally was very happy with them, I had a great experience and will definitely come again.

Clean and neat, tidy, quick service. Draw back is they do not do drug testing here. Wheelchair accessible , restrooms, plenty of room for seating. Plenty of parking. Located by old closed rudy tuesdays.

Horrible! I paid in cash and got a bill anyway. Tried to dispute it but even with my receipt they said I did not pay

The waiting room is clean and tidy. The staff is professional and are good at their job. The lab area is clean and tidy. The restrooms can get messy, however; the staff will address the matter. They are usually busy at the first of the day but they keep the line moving and the wait time is minimal.
