Josh and Jordan helped with with my dryer vent as I was experiencing an issue. Not only did they clean out the vent, they did the complimentary review of my air conditioning unit and vents and showed me the videos of what they found. The videos and time spent explaining what they were doing and could do if I needed them to come back for full cleaning was very helpful. I am a HUGE fan of Forever Vent! Initially I purchased a Groupon from them and was so impressed I went on to have them do a deep cleaning/disinfecting service. WOW did it make a difference! Chris and Chris, the techs who came out were so professional, friendly, respectful and thorough. Furthermore, they were great with my ornery dogs! One aspect I think I loved most about the deep clean was the Thyme based produce they used for the disinfecting process. I had read some disconcerting studies by the EPA about various chemicals used for this process, but the product used by Forever Vent is human and pet safe! Thanks again Chris and Chris, I hope to see you both again on follow up visits! You have absolutely earned a repeat customer in me!
