Fantastic service from Rich. We called him in after 2 years of problems with a system fitted by a well known larger local company. Took him 45 minutes to sort, reset and test. Plus he patiently gave clear instructions on how to operate everything. Very fast response and efficient service at reasonable prices. Can't recommend him enough.

When choosing a security system for our 75 year old Mother having a company that took time to show her how it works was amazing customer care....several times, although it could not have been simpler (although it is a remote control key fob like a car key!) Richard promised to look after my Mum and has done, sometimes taking calls late in the day. I wanted to put a quick review on here as good customer service is hard to come by these days. What an absolute life saver! I have had need of Scorpion Group Security services twice; once to replace a battery in my house alarm and the second time when my system was beeping non-stop Rich replaced the battery quickly and cheaply the first time but I was amazed with the service the second time when, on a Sunday night, he face timed me and talked me through the process of fault finding and ultimately fixing the alarm within minutes! Amazing!! I cannot recommend Scorpion Group Security enough !
