Highly recommended. Great sales: the agents are looking for the best option to meet the requirements of the buyer but in a very polite and not pushy manner. Great service: I have been bringing my Lexus NX for regular maintenance and tire exchange here for 3 years. The service is like in a 5 star hotel. I just drop the car and key, then pick up the car ready. It's often cleaned inside and washed outside as courtesy.

Great experience. 60k revision almost for free!!! In this time I had a new car as replacement. Good job!

Phoned to get a quote for an oil change - accepted and made an appointment. Final bill is about 50% more expensive than agreed - they won’t correct. Stay away from these scammers

I was doing some planned repair there. The case was covered by my insurance, so that I did not care about the price. But finally the price was very reasonable and the quality of work was great! I also came a couple of times to check new models. The exposition and the personnel were nice.

Phoned to get information and a quote for a new car... Sales people didn't seem one bit interested in helping, and obviously think it beneath then to offer any customer service to a foreigner who has poor German. You would think with all the high-earning ex-pat's in Zurich, they might try to be at least the slightest bit accommodating? Nope, not one bit... Looks like my money will be going to Germany for good customer service and an import!

DO NOT GO THERE! Seriously, if you have any other option take it. I went to this place after someone ran into my Lexus. I told them I should not be liable for any of the damages but I wasn't so sure about how some damages arrived on the car as I was in shock during the accident, so i asked them specifically to check with the insurance expert to make sure that they would cover it. I get a call two days later saying the insurance expert came and everything was in order, so i told them to go ahead with the reparations. Two weeks later i get a letter from the guilty party's insurance saying that they were not going to cover some of the costs since those specific reparations were made before the expert arrived, and since they couldnt see the damage, they couldnt accept that it was their client's fault. I then forward this information to the garage and they tell me not to worry about that part of the bill. Many months later (currently) they send me a letter saying I now have to pay the amount for the reparations that were made before the expert arrived, without anyone's consent. I explained to them this exact situation and they are now taking me to court. So yeah, don't go there...
