Very pleasant staff. Had a door fob access fitted and was supported throughout. Easy to speak to and only willing to help and advise.
My alarm was originally fitted by Scan, but when the alarm battery died they had a 3 week wait-time before they could send an engineer to change the battery. Also the amount they quoted to do this was almost double what other companies were charging. This meant no electricity downstairs for 3 weeks otherwise the alarm would sound. Even though their offices are only 10 minutes from my house they wouldn’t come out to help sooner than the 3 week wait, or share the Engineer Code that was required to change the battery with another alarm company who I’d asked to do it instead. Apparently they have been using the same Engineer Code on all houses that have been installed by them for years.....and they virtually accused me of being a burglar when I asked for it. Really disappointing, would have expected far better given the circumstances.
A big thank you to Ann for helping and getting my query sorted out. Loyalty is very much appreciated and i will recommend Scan Alarms from Luton. They service my electric gates and they come to Milton keynes.
