Souris Hall is absolutely disgusting! The building is old and unbearably hot in the summer. The halls and elevators smell so bad I wanted to barf every time I went in and out of the apartment.

The old, crowded, terribly managed apartment

The quintessential dorm experience! Be among peers! This group of residences are extremely close to UofS campus, amenities such as restaurants, banks, etc. And they're very secure, no unescorted guests are allowed in the buildings. This would be a great place to call home when you're attending the University of Saskatchewan. Close walk to the scenic riverbank, and Meawasin Trail.

Too many incidences of roaches and bedbugs... more should be done! I'm new here and doing more than due diligence to avoid an infestation. The hallway carpets may be the original ones since the construction of this building, needs refreshing! The playroom is infested with bedbugs yet management still hosts events in the room. For a family building, the upkeep is not up to par and the children could use a better playground than the pathetic little structure put up to serve the large population housed here. Despite being free, the laundry facilities could use updates, the machines don't do a proper job especially for children's clothing that can be excessively soiled with outdoor play during the summer months. Other than these issues, the current price is fair as long as it is not hiked again later this year.
