Clearly they believe that they can disguise their poor tutoring, lack of student support and hostile environment behind a nice, modern building. If other options are available, I'd look elsewhere.

This is one of the worst colleges I’ve ever attended! I attended this course to boost my skills and gain some experience in a field I’m interested, I expected it to go smoothly and come out with some decent qualifications. Ha! How wrong was I? The first week I attended it became clear that the college was very unorganised when no one knew what rooms we were in, tutor told students not to go to some lessons and tutors didn’t show up for lessons. It gets worse, about 3 months into the course we were told that our tutor was “taking time off” but it became clear that he had been laid off so that unit meant nothing. For months after we had cover tutors covering for cover tutors, no one knew what we were doing and by January 2020, two more staff members had been laid off and another 2 units wasted. Tutors are always late for lessons yet students get blamed. The campus is always covered in litter and some kids even take phone calls in the middle of lessons, yet the tutors did nothing about it. If you’re interested in coming to this college then I’d give it a long and hard think as it’s likely that you’ll be messed around like a lot of other students have and when called out about it, the college deletes the messages. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews like I did

Brilliant college. All lecturers acted and spoke to students as equals and it showed in the respect students gave back. It was a brilliant bridge moving on to higher education as many including myself then did. I'm still in contact with not only the students but also staff members who continue their duty of care where possible.

I am an international student. I have been to the collage the last two years for studying child care. My teachers were very nice and helpful. The thing that i do not like about the collage is that some of the staff in the reception are unfriendly. So, i do not feel happy taking to them.

My son was going to attend this year college here, but after reading feedback here provided by other fellow users, I noticed when I spoke to reception that indeed they have very poor/rude staff & little was the help provided. Since this review match with others said, I also read the little support (or) no support they offer to single parents and alsi transport cost off the roof if you live outside of Loughborough so for above reasons I just felt I made the right choice of NOT sending my sons to this college. Thanks all for your sincer reviews, it did help a lot on my final decision.
