I had a system installed last year by Reed. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Their installer Curtis came in a few days later, who was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly, was very thorough and took the time to ensure I understood everything about my system, addressing any concerns that I had. A year later, and I am still very happy with Reed and their customer service, always there to help and willing to work with customer's specific needs. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a monitored security system.

There is a lot of competition for security companies. I had originally decided to go with another company but decided at the last minute to call Reed for comparison purposes. After speaking with Charissa, I canceled my appointment with the other company. She was very helpful but not pushy. While she is a salesperson, it didn't feel that way and the lack of pressure and her knowledge about the product/service showed me that Reed was the company for me. My tech, Curtis, was fantastic. He immediately made me feel comfortable with him installing the materials (while cutting into the wall in my brand new home) and we chatted about the system while he was working. He was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to talk to. Curtis made sure I understood the system, we practiced and he did not rush me at all. The system looks great, seems to have the most current technology available, offers lots of options (but I was not pressured to buy any of them) and I am thankful I decided to go with Reed. As an added bonus, Mr. Reed himself pays attention to feedback and is not an absentee owner.
Technician Curtis arrived on time, very polite and professional. Curtis was there for about as long as he said he would be and was very helpful with answering all of my questions and taking the time to walk me through how to use the panel, app, etc. So far very satisfied with he security system, easy to use and neat features! Would reccomend Reed to anyone planning to get a security system installed!
Reed security has been great! All the way from my first call to the instillation and needs I have had since installation. Response from Reed has been top notch!

Working with Reed has been a treat, both at home and at work. They are easy to deal with, more than willing to do what it takes to make a guy happy. Easy to get ahold of.
