Outstanding service! I went in just to look and ended up walking out with new boots, bindings, and a snowboard. The woman who helped me, Ash, was extremely knowledgeable and spent close to an hour helping me find the perfect boots and set-up. It turns out that what I was originally looking to buy wouldn't have been a good match for how I intend to ride. All around great atmosphere, staff, and service! The worst part is that I have to wait until next season to ride my new board

Amazing service and shopping experience! We have purchased three bikes from Outtabounds in the last year and have had nothing short of amazing customer service. Love the passion the whole team has for their products, a benefit of shopping form a rider owned store. Was in there this past Saturday looking for Snowboarding equipment with our son. The person that was helping us was so knowledgeable and patient with him. She was absolutely amazing!! First time being in there and it will definately not be the last. Great job guys!!! Highly recommend
I purchased a pair of snowboard boots online and they were too small so I had to return them. I was charged an extra 100 to return the boots. So basically, I spent 100 for NOTHING!!! And on top, the customer service is not impressive !Make sure you don’t return anything because it will cost you!!! I’ll never order from this company again!
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and overall enjoyable to deal with. They helped me find a pair of Burton ski pants for my daughter. Definitely recommend you to visit the store!

Called in to check on some sizes available for a specific parka . Got Max on the phone and he was very helpful!. He suggested I come try them on as these specific ones fit a little bigger. Got there and Max immediately remembered me and was very helpful in sorting out the perfect fit. Highly recommend this store and Max!
