Love love love this store! They sell genuine gem stone rocks, large size for 9.99! So far I bought a chunk of Amethyst, pink quartz, real agate, and a beautiful crystal geode. They also have beautiful beads, tons of craft supplies, silk flowers, frames, and so on. If you like creating things this is the store for you!

They have a huge variety of craft supplies and home decor. Great customer service and employee's will to help with the push of a button. Lol. Went in grabbed a few stuff and cashed pretty quickly. Great store.

Michael's is great. I always find more than I came for. This is my go to store for craft and cake decorating supplies, etc. Their framing department is awesome. I had several photos framed here. Very professional work. They also have good sales.

I took in a painting for framing and was met with many complications which were outside of Michael's control. The framing department manager Danielle was absolutely incredible every step of the way. Michaels is so lucky to have her on the team. Danielle is extremely knowledgeable, a great problem solver and goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service.

Today was best experience at Michaels (Preston Crossing)that I have ever had. People were on the floor asking if I needed help. And today was a day I definately needed the help. Received great help with what I needed. Questions were answered and Jeannie at the till was very pleasant and had great customer service. Best experience there. Was nice to see ppl on the floor willing to lend a hand.
