My true experience with Saraya wreckers as a customer is here, Mustafa refuses to understand or speak or communicate in English with his customers.after being here more than 30 or 40 yrs, he refused to communicate in English or be a civilised person in Australia. The busness owner who insists that he can do most mechanical work on phone can never be a proper mechanic nor even a handyman as he is not capable of understanding most work related communication then on top he puts his racial hate against Asians not mentioning causing damage to their cars like a highly unskilled worker repairing your your car. Still he demands good cash money with nofno receipt or proof to ATO w or motor authorities. Jobs which can be done in half hour , he does it in 2 hours having no qualifications or genuine work experiences still luring customers that he will fix it .And sure will never give any proper receipt for work he did or time he took for that little work or damages to car being a fake mechanic. Charges good money for very poor work and abuse of customers. I can forget the damages he caused while so called his monkey style work, but cannot forget his wild aggressive anti Asian loud attacks. Do we need such people here in Australia who after 30-50yrs are a threat as they make this place a Lebanon .

After calling, some odd beeps and a conversation with someone else, bad line and hard to hear. Not being able to help, I asked if they could refer me somewhere else. Just a “sorry” and hung up on me.
