Booked in to see these guys as my car had constant issues with coolant and leaking. Was previously going to another mechanic every 3 months which was getting super expensive so decided to go elsewhere. After booking in, I got there on the day a week later and was told my booking couldnt be found. The next day my car broke down and wouldnt start. I had to get it towed there and leave it for a few days but they gave me a replacement which was fantastic and handy. It cost me just over 1k to get it all fixed and coolant/leaking issue was still unresolved and would cost an extra 1k to fix. A month later it was a 40degree day and my coolant was leaking like crazy, I was stuck in the CBD and needed to get home, thankfully had RACV assist. They came within the hour and looked at it, only to find out there was a un plugged bit that wasnt connected to fan under hood. Once he plugged it back in I havnt had an issue with it since!! Never going back.

Don't waste your time. I enquired about second hand parts and they lied to me straight up, following up the enquiry is like pulling teeth. Don't seem interested in the sale.
