I waited 6 months to leave this review as wanted to experience the aftersales and customer service. I must say they deliver on all fronts. I brought Range Rover Sport and very happy with the overall deal. Not pushy at all as they had a good choice of cars. The car did develop a niggles but everything dealt with including a free courtesy car when needed. Great to actually deal with a company that meets its obligations and no hesitation in recommending them.
Friendly customer service. Easy to deal with them. But I don’t like there RAC warranty, as RAC pay only 50/hr labour charges. Which is not enough as garages normally charge more then that, which you have to pay from your pocket. And RAC approved garages give a two week appointment to just have look at car.
Disgusting service from this company. They sold us a car telling us it had a Nissan Guarantee on it. The car went wrong within months of buying the car and Nissan told us that the guarantee was void as the guarantee paperwork provided by Mastercars was incomplete. Mastercars have now dragged this out for over a year with us being no closer to getting our car fixed. They have been rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I would avoid this company at all costs!
Great experiance, part exchanged my old car for a Range Rover, was thinking of selling my part ex privately but didn't need too as they gave me a great price. Service was very good, received a 6 month RAC warranty and breakdown cover which I thought was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't fault them. Thanks again maybe see you again in a few years when I change car.
