I would highly recommend this company. They've been around and they know how to do what they do. I had a situation and I can verify that the owners are of extremely high integrity. Believe me, they are going to do the best they can for you. I would always make this my first stop if not last stop to compare. Again, not just the home you might purchase but these after sale needs. These people will do what is correct and right.

We recently purchased land to build a home and were looking for housing solutions while we built. We had zero manufactured home experience and didn’t know where to start. We were referred to Sanders by friends who had purchased from them and we quickly found out why they came so highly recommended. From the moment we set foot on their dealership, we were impressed with their level of service. They were professional, generous with their time and never made us feel pressured. They went out of their way to try and meet our needs and were extremely easy to work with in every aspect. They have homes to meet a multitude of needs, from basic to high end and will help you find exactly what you need. We are grateful for the guidance they provided to us! Also, as an added bonus, they have a sweet resident kitty who will sometimes greet you and every now and then, they bring their pups to work and let you love on them too! Our children really enjoyed this part, haha!!
