If you want to learn how to properly hit the golf ball Jim is the guy to see! Went for my first lesson last Saturday and was very impressed with his hands on detailed teaching approach, I started 2.5 years ago and have been playing a lot on the course this last year. I took some lessons when I first started but it was time to improve/correct my swing, saw Jim's website with great reviews plus he also videos you then sends you emails giving you detailed feedback of your video alongside a pros swing so you can see what you're doing wrong and how to change it. I played yesterday and already see an improvement lowering my score in my game, my wife has a lesson this Friday and I'm back this Saturday can't wait.

I had my first lesson yesterday. I have been golfing for a while (16 handicap), being self taught, I got to a point where I thought maybe a professional opinion on my game was needed to understand my misses. Jim did such a great job explaining grip, club rotation and how to get the club on the proper swing path that I quickly came to the conclusion that what I thought was a pretty good swing needs some work. Jim’s way of communicating the principles of the golf swing in a professional non intimidating manner was excellent. I highly recommend taking a lesson. After only one lesson, my swing and consistency has improved a ton. He was very patient and explained everything in a way that was easy to incorporate. I look forward to what I will learn in my second lesson.
Jim is a great instructor! As a new player, I went from hitting a golfball 1 out of 5 swings to hitting every ball in two lessons. He is patient and understanding with never-played-before golfers, and makes personal analogies based on your sport experiences to help you understand golf. For example, Jim was able to draw comparisons between soccer (which I played) and golf to help me understand concepts! Jim really takes his time and you can tell that he is really passionate about golf and coaching. In addition to he lessons, he also sends personalized video breakdowns reviewing every lesson within a day or two. And these aren't one or two minute videos- they are nice length videos with thoughtful analysis of your improvement. I look forward to working with him for more lessons!
