I want to make sure Ms Miller at Covid check-in gets acknowledged. My only work day off today, I was able to come in. And with everything going on in our lives and community. I want to extend my appreciation, of her kindness and excellent customer service to us Veterans. You helped me today, you were soft spoken and patient with me and to the rest of us, it means a lot. Thank you Nicole for making my morning better.

I went upthere to pick up 30 Tylenol 3s. I get in the truck and open them to find 12 were in the bottle. I think its time for them to put cameras back there to watch whats foing on back there. I am filing a complaint. Whoever put the red tape on the bottle is the one who took them. Taking meds from a vet is about lows than scum!

I can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. Call multiple times and get busy signals. After finally getting through and waiting on hold 30 min to get hung up on. When I see my Doctor the service is great but trying to get ahold of anyone is a joke.

I don't know why people complain. The folks here are friendly and do their best to care of us vets. I've never had any issues or complaints.

It's a VA clinic, it's crowded and busy. No real complaints. Parking was easy. Easy to find my way around. Seemed a little chaotic inthere but when is a VA clinic not chaotic? Staff was nice. Facility seemed to be clean.
