We started working with Chase about 6 months ago and he put together an awesome solution that came out perfect. Chase was very professional and his team was great to work with. Installation with paint took 3 days and was a smooth process. Floor came out beautiful and is a great court to play on. We would definitely recommend SnapSports flooring and Chase Mitchell to work with. Thank you very much Chase!!

Court came out great! The only issue is some of the paint had chipped off in very small parts. Barely noticeable, but being the one who put the court together, I was able to inspect every tile. But it came out great and I have received lots of positive feedback on it.

Love our basketball and pickle ball court from SnapSports. Chase was incredibly helpful throughout the entire design stage as we built a new home and planned ahead for our court. He helped our architect and builder make sure everything was prepared so my kids and I could actually lay the tile and set everything up ourselves.

We didn’t really know what we exactly wanted going into it and he was great fo provide options and show lots of examples. He answered all our questions, even after we asked a lot of them. The installation crew was quick and did a great job. We love how it turned out.

The customer service at SnapSports has been phenomenal. Chase Mitchell, the sales representative I was lucky enough to get connected with, worked with me during every part of the journey that comes along with building an indoor sports court. From initial contact, design, pricing, shipping and installation I had one point of contact, and Chase was awesome. The sports court floor is arguably one of the biggest, if not the biggest decision you will make for your project. I got samples from all sorts of different manufacturers. The product from SnapSports checked all the boxes. Ultimately however, it was the good feeling I had with their customer service that had me choose SnapSports. We feel very lucky to have gotten the floor in when we did. As a believer that kids need sports and socialization now more than ever we are so pleased to have a place to offer sports. From start to finish, our experience was positive. We brought our ideas and explained how we wanted a high quality, versatile space where our kids could have fun, be active, and stay safe. The experts at SnapSports drew up multiple options, customized to meet our needs and presented them at different price points. Adam, checked in with us regularly to answer our concerns and inform our decisions. Our pad was poured by West Jordan Concrete, and the contractors were careful to prepare mounts for the hoop, light, and volleyball/pickleball fixtures. I would highly recommend them. Not long afterwards, the SnapSports crew installed the fixtures even though the floor tiles were still on order. In spite of it being the middle of the winter, we have had pickup basketball, and volleyball games most evenings since. The tiles are amazing, even when wet from snow or rain the are surprisingly grippy. The quality of all the components are plain to see and so easy to use, that my 6 year old has no difficulty lowering the hoop. Our kids and half the neighborhood have been enjoying this versatile new space and it has really added to the aesthetic of our house. We are grateful for the professionals at SnapSports. After they finished installing the tiles and ball catch net, the left a giant duffel bag filled with balls, paddles, and rackets. Our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner.
