Amazing place about the world famous opinel. What a knife. I heard that Japanese samouraï have invented their sword after a week in a Savoie’s ski resort. Not surprised at all about this legend.

Stall, but fine museum. You could get a nice insight into the the historic and recent production process. Additionally an art exhibition taking into account Opinel knives is available. All that for free. Of course you need to pass through the museum shop at the exit, but the prices are fair and you could get the range of products. Recommended (with kids also).

Really interesting history, even though I'm not particularly interested in knives. My husband loved it and of course...bought a knife on the way out

Museum is small but very interesting. The shop is great and there is a small drinks bar too. Worth the visit for fantastic knives!
