Right next to the station, with a great little cafe ( bit pricey ) but good coffee. The building itself is great, and if I could I'd be there most weekends snuggled down enjoying the atmosphere. Didn't go in the art gallery but the library ( which is pretty much fused with the gallery spatially ) was great.

A small peaceful library with a cafe and state of the art building. If you're a Subaru fans, there are some merchandise on sale too. Ota in Gunma where the very early production and manufacturing of Subaru is located.

Very very nice place. You can stay here all weekend while the town outside is nothing to do.
