Last week we finalised my party wall dispute. This party wall which was a gable end wall was complex and unique. Chris was fantastic from start to finish with weekly updates and his knowledge about the different acts and rules were extremely extensive and articulate with what he did. As a first time buyer I was incredibly nervous about the whole thing and he put me at ease immediately. His survey was remarkably thorough and he talked me through his findings as he went and was extremely knowledgeable, honest and transparent through the whole process. The typed survey was sent to me via email as well as a written copy through the post which I appreciated. I would recommend Lynwoods to anyone - absolute stellar service and efficient results.

I can't praise Chris enough - he is honest, transparent and thorough - on top of this he is one of the nicest, most genuine people you could meet. He knows his subject inside out and in all my dealings with him he has gone above and beyond what I've asked him to do and been amazingly helpful. I'd give him 6 stars if I could!
