Brian was upfront with cost on changing the alternator with parts and labor, though the compressor gas charge was a bit of a surprise to me later, but understandable that it had to degassed to remove the part. Delivery was on time, so far in to 3rd week with service and my CX-9 works as its supposed to. Second time with these guys and overall good experience dealing.

Worked quickly, had my electrical problem solved within the day and took pictures to show / explain what steps the mechanic took to fix it.

The 2 older chaps where friendly enough but seemed to be in no real rush to sort out my vehicles issues. I had to keep calling em despite their assurance they would let me how things were going with my vehicle. My vehicle was there 5 days... Note: The younger dude working there was rude and snappy when I asked if he could accompany me around the block for a quick test run.
Worked out an obscure problem on 51 year old classic car electricals and actually had "new old" stock item for replacement. A reasonable cost for the job.
