Always had good experience here, i get the MoTs and brakes done here on 2 of my cars. Decent prices too. Phil is a legend, along with the other mechanics
During an mot they failed to check a blown brake light properly, telling me it was a wiring issue and I needed an expert. I got an expert who changed the bulb in minutes, but of course charged me 40 as it was a all out also. They assured me this had been checked but it clearly hadn't. I was without a car unnecessarily for 5 days and an extra bill that should have cost just a few pounds. Not sure I feel confident in their knowledge if they can't spot a blown bulb
I had a service at my local branch on the 7th December and consequently I needed some repairs doing. At the point of collecting my car I asked for a quote, it's now the 17th, still no quote, despite me chasing you 3 times. I have now seen the local dealer and had the work done, 567, I commend you Mr Clutch for being in a position to be able to not need this kind of business
