I had a reservation for 9am. Got there, and they had nothing available. I don’t live in Ruston, so i had to make a drive to get to that location. I was told it would be 2pm before they’d have something. Here it is after 3pm, and i had to call them. They still have nothing available. That’s wasting people’s time. & no remorse was shown.

We got stranded in Ruston and after trying for hours found a rental car here at Hertz. Put down our credit card, had a reservation number, and a scheduled pick up time. Got dropped off here only to be told, “we have nothing for you.” They didn’t care that we were literally stranded on their sidewalk with no ride and knowing no one in town. They just let us sit on the sidewalk with our luggage
Wish I could give negative stars. The man that runs this location acts like he is doing you a favor by renting you a vehicle. Told me if I do not like it go to enterprise. So I did will do so in the future.
Called & received a rental same day, very professional & friendly. I was never jerked around or made to come back multiple times like the other competitor in Ruston. LA.
Great experience quick and polite. The reason it is only 4 stars is because the vehicle. It had auto start/stop feature on it and the starter is worn out making stop lights and stop signs jerky. I am also only praying it doesn't go out why I have it. I will use them again I'm just going to inspect and not take a vehicle that has this feature.
Absolutely great! We were in a car in less than 30 minutes! Desteny is the branch manager and she was very nice. I will definitely be using Hertz again! I highly recommend them!!!
The staff was nice but they charged my card for additional charges and told me there was a glitch in the system. I had to call my bank to get everything straighten out.
Booked 2 vehicles a month in advance to take kids on a mission. The day of pick up I showed up to get the vehicles and they told me they did not have the vehicles I reserved. They had a big raggedy van and told me it better suited me. I told them it was very important didn't even try to help, sorry group of people
