I ordered a bespoke oak stained wine rack from Wineware. When it arrived it didn't quite fit in the allocated space (my fault, not theirs), however, Chris could not have been more helpful in suggesting several work arounds. The actual product is brilliant - exactly what I was looking for . Can't recommend this company highly enough both in terms of quality of product and in customer service.

Was looking for bespoke oak wineracks and discovered this company. Chris was very patient and helped us come to a decision on design, sent samples out for us to see potential stains etc.... The racks are beautifully made, real quality. They required a few tweeks size wise, but this was resolved quickly and we're really pleased with them. Definitely recommend this company.

I've ordered from Wineware directly and through Amazon. This company is one I can't recommend highly enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had an issue with one of the Glencairn glasses that arrived, I contacted them late Tuesday afternoon and was told that they would send a replacement that day, this replacement arrived the next day on Wednesday morning at 10.40am, now that to me is amazing service. My item was so well packed on this replacement, this order and previous orders, other retailers should take note of how Wineware conduct their business on every level which is second to none. From me to Wineware I send a big thank you . JUST TRULY BRILLIANT. AAA
