Please don't make the same mistake I did! Make sure you thoroughly check the vehicle before driving it away. Particularly the fuel level. Even if it looks full, get them to make sure before you drive off. I hired a car for 1 day and drove 118km. Apart from being extremely rude, the return staff refused to believe I had filled the car up. She proceeded to insist that i had to fill it again, and then did it herself repeatedly moving the nozzle further and further out. I paid 22 euros for my 118km! Was made to feel like an idiot as well. I hope it was worth the extra few euros, Leclerc, because you have lost all chance of any future business from us.

My parents rented a car with them and they accused them of having scratched the car when they returned it, having to pay more than 60 euros for a scratch. They did not check the car before handing it over to my parents, but they did check it on its return, claiming it had an extra scratch that when it was rented. I don't recommend renting a car with them since they seem to take advange of people who might need a car at the last minute
No revisan el coche contigo antes de que te lo lleves y luego te cobran arreglos de cosas que tú no le has hecho. Trato desagradable de la persona que recepciona el coche y que ahora sí lo miran al detalle. Para hacer esta revisión te tienen esperando un buen rato ya que la que lo hace es la misma persona que cobra en la gasolinera.
