It's been a while since Joe helped with both my mother and my father's services, but I still have warm memories of the experience of being taken care of by him and his staff. He's such a genuinely nice man, full of warmth and empathy. He's so in the right business. From the first phone call until the end of the burial service, you know you're in good hands. Joe walks you through every step of the process thoroughly, so you know what to expect. And when you're distraught and distracted during the most difficult of times, this is so appreciated. I can't say I hope Joe takes care of me when I go (lol) but I guess if I meet with an untimely demise, I wouldn't want to be in anyone else's hands.

From the moment of my first phone call to Joe Rubin after my mom's passing I was met with nothing but sympathy and understanding. I was listened to and given the utmost advise and support during such a difficult time. Joe answered all my questions and concerns. Our family was so pleased with the service we received from Joe and his employees during the the whole process especially the service and the drive to the Veteran's cemetary where my mom was being buried. I wish to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation for all that was done to make this difficult and sad time less stressful. My husbands body was held captive until they were paid 595 for the pickup. I was informed by others that this was more than double what I should have been charged. They would not fly my husband to NJ on Sunday, and were adamant in their demand for the higher payment before releasing my husbands body to another funeral home who did fly him back. They took advantage of me in my time of need. I would never recommend them.
