Everyone was friendly over there, the salesperson Renzo was very nice and informative. He was patient and took his time answering all my questions about the car. They lady at the financing, Annie, was nice, and more importantly very quick with the paperwork. It took no time at all. Finally when i went to pick up my new car today i met with the delivery coordinator Alicia, and she was very informative about all the services offered by dealership. She was not too pushy, and the whole experience over at Kia Spinelli was a good one.

From the time we walked into the dealership until they delivered our car, the service was beyond reproach. Our salesman Renzo and the manager George took the time needed to explain the car's features, through in some extras and gave us a good price on our trade-in. At the financing stage, Annie Magalie made it easy and painless. On delivery, Alicia was kind and helpful in helping us chose which protections better suited our needs. I think the after purchase service will also surpass our expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car without the usual pressure experienced at most dealerships. Had our 1st scheduled maintenance and an update on a computer software on our 2020 Sportage this morning. In & out within 1hr as they told me. So far our experience has been great with the sales department and the service department! Keep it up the great work ladies and gents!
