Unfortunately, the rent angency changed to Steens Beheer B.V. Communication not working at all. No replies to emails, no reaction to damages in the house (electrcity not working, water leaking in the bathroom). After I terminatied the rental agreement, they got back to me right before the termination date, saying that termination is impossible due to the structure of the contract. However, two tenants previously left the house without any difficulties and now Steens Beheer holds the remaining tenants resposible. Anything regarding payments that the tenants have to make is handeld in one or two days, whereas requests from the tenants regarding maintanance work is delayed by months or never happening. Communication via phone is impossible, once they get a feeling that tenants argue too much. Mails are not getting answered in weeks. I can only hope other tenants/students do not fall for such a money-lead company.

Arrogant and unprofessional. Only replied email when they need to increase rent. Please avoid this agency as much as possible.

I was living in an appartment, owned by this company, for an year. Unfortunately, there has been many issues and I do not recommend them. I would recommend hiring another rental company instead: Actief Vastgoed Management and the website is actiefvastgoedmanagement.nl Good luck.
