Celion Vindicus

Slow response from the administrators and especially from the RESIDENCE ASSISTANTS. Sometimes they pretend they're not at their apartment while they are eating and it's common to get locked of your room accidently if you are not use the automatic closing door (varies between room's) Overall a faster response would improve and having a determined SECURITY GUARD at all times in the OFFICE is a must.
