I've rented through this Hertz office about five times now over the past year and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. As an expat, the English speaking staff is very professional and understanding. Any minor issues I had were immediately alleviated on site and taken care of. Returns of cars has always been quite easy and painless. I would recommend that a more detailed return route be provided to people or a sign added on the major roads leading to it. I highly recommend this office - thanks for the great experience!

Next time this will still be my choice. I rent very nice Ford C-max and it goes pretty well during the whole journey in 10 days. And friendly stuff as well. But make sure you double check the fuel type, she told me gasoline SP95, but luckily when I see the pipe does not fit, I found \diesel\ at the access instead. After double check with customer service and the fact is SP95 gonna bring us no where...
Exactly what you need. Reliable vehicle, friendly staff and efficient processing of the whole rental process. A really positive experience.
They deliver on their service as a rental car provider. Can be a little confusing when trying to find the actual front door. Be warned parking can be hard to find inside and there is 20mins free parking. We we about 30mins and had to pay 5! So yah if you don't need to to drive to pick up the vehicle, don't. Rental van was clean, a thorough run-through of the vehicle was done. And return went smoothly. In terms of pricing, it was approx 50/ day (with 100km free per day) for the van itself and then there is the add-on but they of course depends on your usage.
