Do not trust these thieves. After more than a month they are still holding on to my deposit amount. i contacted them, i contacted my bank. i dont have time for this. Plus their service at the counter at rotterdam airport was horrific. at some point their only employee left to go to a nearby town and we had to wait more that 40 minutes for him wasting our time. there were other discrepancies as well in the transaction but really i dont have the time to spend on this company. i returned the car in perfect shape with no tickets etc. at this time 35 days after i am still waiting for my deposit. NEVER AGAIN

Booked the car a day earlier to be picked from Rotterdam airport, the car was brand new so smooth to drive.. they charged me 100 euro deposit for petrol only no other charges.. refueling the car was very easy as there is a gas station next to the airport I recommend this company
They always send you invoices after the rental with extra charges! Seems like since they are cheap they charge you later for more stuff to make more money. NEVER AGAIN!
Good selection of vehicles and extremely nice person at the desk. My only complaint was finding the car in the sea of vehicles.
Prima service, nieuwe auto met nog maar 10k km op de teller gekregen. Geen gedwongen verzekering af hoeven sluiten o.i.d. 100 borg betaald en netjes terug gekregen. Aanrader!
Απαισια εμπειρία. Άχρηστο προσωπικό στον κισε με καθυστέρησαν 2 ώρες πριν μου δώσουν το αμάξι. και κλέφτες - Χωρίς οποιοδήποτε προβλημα μέρα από 40 μέρες μου έχουν ακόμα δεσμευμένη την εγγύηση ενώ είπαν σε 2 βδομάδες θα τα επιστρέψουν. Μακριά από avis και budget
Avevamo prenotato (e pagato in anticipo) una macchina da ritirare, in orario di ufficio, alla Budget dell'aeroporto di Rotterdam: quando siamo arrivati (puntuali) e per tutta l'ora successiva, NESSUNO si è presentato al bancone e NESSUNO si è degnato di rispondere al telefono dell'assistenza clienti. Siamo stati costretti ad affittare un altro veicolo presso un'altra compagnia... MAI PIÙ BUDGET!
