Just a had a fantastic fire fitted by this company. Everything from visiting the store to them coming out to measure up and advise what could be done to the install. Everything was taken care from start to finish including plastering. Great customer service.

I can't praise this company high enough. Steve came out and put our minds at rest that we would be able to have a gas fire fitted when other companies said the job was too complicated. Sarah in the shop was very thorough and helped us choose the fire and hearth. The fitters came and worked tirelessly to get the job done as I had other works in the house lined up. I am very pleased with the result. A big thanks to all the team including Sam and Quinney, from Dan in Thorpe

The fireplace is lovely, however the fitters left wooden packing and bolts strewn on my driveway and cleared out their van into my bin including clothing, lunch wrappers, drinks cans and other customers paperwork. When I called to complain, the manager appeared unconcerned but said he would come out and see me. He never showed or called back. Later he sent one of his boys to 'pick up some rubbish'. Really poor customer relations and a disappointing attitude to thier failings. The one star is for the fireplace... not the service.
