Pulled in, waited nearly 15 minutes to be told it will be a 2 hour wait. Would have been no problem except I had to be asked multiple times what I needed while I was there waiting to get service. We never had issues with the previous owners of this dealership. Now, they struggle to even get someone in at 330p for an oil change? Just seemed exceedingly disorganized and not a well run shop. This is the 21st century, dealers and OEMs have data on the avg time it takes to complete an oil change. Create an app that looks at the current queue and the current avg time for a service then publish an estimated waiting time. I would not have wasted my time coming if they would have provided me some idea of the wait before leaving home. Also, they don't allow you to schedule an oil change ahead of time. How can I plan my day and help plan your workload if there is no scheduling system? I understand the value of first come first serve because it is efficient, but not efficient for customers. This dealer needs to improve their game if to survive.

Visited there yesterday met with Phillip. Was having a hard time affording my current vehicle. They understood my situation and made it possible for me to get into a new car that I could better afford. They were patient and kind. I couldn't get there until almost closing time and they stayed late for me. The customer service there is amazing. I would recommend everyone to go there.
