Camnet has been extremely reliable over the past few years we have been leasing their printers. Service and supplies are always on time. Rarely any service issues, however a technician is usually sent out same day if there are. Communication is great and their sales team are easy to get along with. Would definitely recommend.

Overall a great printing experience. Camnet delivered on their promise of providing a class leading product that is well supported and cost effective for our business. Having stumbled through a few print providers over the years I can honestly say Camnet are truly in a class of their own when it comes to the business of printing. Thumbs up and highly recommend!!

Our Ricoh copier/printer operated without fail. When our agreement expired, it was an easy decision to call Camnet. Sales service was prompt and they responded to our questions. My experience with Camnet was astonishing and the service was better than any other. In particular, the Camnet Rep. (Manuel) provided the best customer service and completed the task efficiently and exceeded expectations. I've been with Camnet for 10 years and I recommend their machines and products to everyone.
make sure you read the small print very carefully and watch out for the following. 1. Have a demonstration and make sure you physically see this happen. Hang onto the output to ensure the quality is the same in the machine they have delivered and installed. We have been seriously stung with this one. If you don’t ‘complain within 7 days then according to their response, you must be lying. 2. The delivery guy will hand you a document and say it’s just for the delivery as he is leaving the premises, If you are not careful you have just signed a 5 yr maintenance agreement with minimum copy charges. it has been a deliberate tactic of theirs as advised by past employees and one we got stung on. I would never do business with this company again. my personal experience is they are ‘shady’ and have adopted ‘shady business practises’ certainly with us.
