Top agency! Julian, Mauricio and Miguel are very helpful, responsive and laid back people. Never had issues unsolved. Only reason for leaving after nearly 4 years is moving into our new home with my boyfriend. I highly recommend them. Well deserved 5 star!

They were very professional to deal with and were every understanding during the COVID-19 pandemic when I was’t able to pay rent on time. These guys are amazing! I’ve stayed 3.5 years at a property they run and have been 100% satisfied. Any issue they’d fix right away, communication is clear and honest and deposit returned in full no problem. Very friendly and helpful bunch, nice to have a property agent that cares! Rooms Made Easy is a true gem. For many years I thought it is impossible to find a great letting agency in London but RME changed my mind completely - probably the best agency in London. Julian and the team are reliable, helpful, kind and offer the highest quality service. We moved to a new room just to stay with them. I would trust them 100%. Their rooms are the highest quality for really good price. Any time we had any problems RME team dealt with anything in no time. Genuinely really enjoyed our time staying with room made easy. All of the memebers of the company are extremely kind and have personal approach which we like. Both of the rooms which my partner and i stayed at were amazing. Julian was extremely responsive and very friendly. He resolved all of our issues as fast as he could and through out our time he was extreamly consistent. Rooms easy are by far the best agency which I have rented from and i would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
