Currently in dispute about a watch purchased on an Air France flight. Watch wasn't working when i un-boxed it. As per receipt advice i submitted mail to Dutyfly and they eventually got back after I sent a reminder 10 days later. Their advice is to send item back to France to be inspected and decision on refund would be made possibly 5 to 6 weeks later, unfortunately and i quote \The shipping costs are your responsibility\ is their stance on sending faulty items back to them to receive a refund. Shocking policy for returns if you ask me as no offer on shipping refund.

Terribly difficult to engage in any business with this company. Returning a defective watch has been problematic to say the least. They are slow to respond and customer service is their last priority. Never again.

Après un achat sur un vol AIR CARAIBES j'ai retourné un article non conforme, par Colissimo le 19 janvier 2015 plus d'un mois après toujours aucune nouvelle... Allez faites un petit effort pour retrouver mon colis, me rembourser. Jean-Paul Morel à Versailles
