Pitiful management of workers unloading/loading trucks. A 20 minute job took over 2 full hours. 5 guys standing around, getting something out of their wallet, hand it to another worker they looked at it talked about it, return it to wallet, sit back hands over their head while drivers are waiting for them to do their job. Unloaded 2 trucks of gypsum board in 3 hours! Drivers have clocks to earn a paycheck, your company employees are hourly pay. Inconsiderate and disrespectful of trucks hauling YOUR products. Make people work for their paycheck or send them home. Your loosing money. Detention pay is an added expense to your business because your employees don’t do their jobs.
