Had to get routine blood work check for my 2yo son. I was very nervous about it, but Pam took the blood in 2 minutes, it was incredible. Got his vein in the blink of an eye. Wonderful friendly and professional. Thank you so much, Pam!

The technician I had was very inexperienced. My wrist and arm was sore for days. Never in my life had I had any problems with blood taken out. I don’t understand why finding a vein can be so difficult, and I’m not even over weight. She tried three different spots... it was a painful experience. Below are pictures of my bruises after two days
Horrible!!! HORRIBLE !!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Took my mom who is on supplemental oxygen. Waited almost 30 minutes post appointment time but no one was in the front. Her name was the top and people after her was taken inside first. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. I waited less time without appointment at other places.
We arrived to the lab Corp at shady grove hospital for my son’s blood work today.He has to get his blood checked monthly to monitor the side affects of the medicine prescribed by his Dermatologist. It has been challenging for the past 5 months because he is afraid of needles. I talked to the nurse, Pamela and she kindly started to distract my son by a positive conversation. She was very professional and very quick. I felt the release in my son’s face and I have a feeling that blood work wouldn’t be an issue for him from now on, if it’s done by a considerate, kind and professional nurse like Pamela.
Checked in at 3:00 for my 3:00 appointment. Got called back for my pre-paid COVID-19 antibody test at 3:40. It took all of 5 minutes to perform. Waiting room is faaaarrrr more crowded than what is considered safe. It was impossible to maintain a 6 foot distance. Gross, gross, gross.
