Arrived to find no one at the counter so I called out ‘hello’. A male staff member came out and said ‘we have other things to do than wait at this counter’. This was totally uncalled for and I think anyone would find this rude and poor customer service. Further to this, despite placing the order the day before it was not ready upon arrival and they were slow in picking the items for my order. When I finally received my order, one of the items was incorrect and one item was missing. I had to return to the shop to rectify this. I will not be returning to this shop due the poor customer service.
